BELLITRIST, an evening of readings with Ashton Diduck, Dani Carter, and Clint Burnham
SpokenWeb and The Capilano Review are thrilled to co-present the first event in the new reading series BELLITRIST, which will be held at Carlson Gracie, a Brazilian jiujitsu studio in downtown Montréal. The evening will feature readings from Ashton Diduck, Dani Carter, and Clint Burnham, and will serve as a soft launch for the latest issue of the Capilano Review, 4.2: IT IS WHAT IT IS (Spring 2024).
Doors at 7pm

Halfway between the bellicose and the belletristic, BELLITRIST curates writing that reflects on “what the body can do” in terms of affect, sensation, relation, labour, and enjoyment.
