Throw! Slam ft. Nina Segalowitz

Throw!’s feature this month is Nina Segalowitz (Inuit/Chipewyan from Fort Smith, NWT), a mother, poet, social worker, survivor of the Sixties Scoop, and contributor to our national culture. Her work as a throat singer has earned her international acclaim and admiration and she has graced numerous stages in Canada and abroad, working with great artists such as Moe Clark and Bobby McFerrin.
