“Accent Poetry Series is a weekly bilingual poetry series based in Montreal, Quebec that takes place every Monday evening from 7 to 10 at ‘La Marche a Cote’ 5043 St. Denis. It was created to give writers in Montreal a platform to share their work on a continual basis. Every week Accent features two poets–1 Francophone, 1 Anglophone–followed by an open mic.”
