Jami Macarty is the author of Mind of Spring, winner of the 2017 Vallum Chapbook Award and Landscape of The Wait (Finishing Line Press 2017). She teaches creative writing at Simon Fraser University, edits the online poetry journal The Maynard, and writes Peerings & Hearings–Occasional Musings on Arts in the City of Glass, a blog series for Anomalous Press (FKA Drunken Boat).

The event will also feature readings by:

Jason Camlot, author of “What the World Said” (Mansfield Press, 2013), a finalist for a ReLit Award and winner of the Prix L’Académiede la vie littéraire in 2014.

Mary Di Michele, whose most recent book is “Bicycle Thieves” (ECW Press, 2017). Of the collection, Joyce Carol Oates wrote: “Wonderful poetry! Robert Lowell would be thrilled to discover himself so beautifully encased in another’s language. Mary di Michele exudes an air both exquisite and tough.”
