About the authors:

Anna Moschovakis is a poet, novelist and translator based in New York. She is the author most recently of Participation (Book*hug and Coffee House Press 2022), a precarious novel about love and comradeship, the discomforts of desire, forms and functions of labour, and the embodied experience of reading and being read. Her translation of David Diop’s At Night All Blood Is Black (Frêre d’âme) was awarded the 2020 International Booker Prize.

Moyna Pam Dick (aka Lou/Gregoire/Mina Pam Dick et al.) is the author of five books, including I am writing you from afar (BSL, 2021), Moira of Edges, Moira the Tart (OPR, 2019) and Metaphysical Licks (Book*hug, 2014). Her work fuses prose poetry with visual art, sonic notation and philosophy, exploring vagabond formal structures and rebellious spirituality, the tender urban sublime and the necessity of beauty, fluidly intimate comradeship and sly gender spectrality. A New Yorker, Dick frequents Montreal.
